History: 

~Before~

Monroe had a normal-ish life, his mom tried her best. He was great at sports and had good grades until he got into high school, this is where his only friends hanged out with the wrong crowd. Monroe's grade started to fall and began to steal from shops, he was always the one who stole because he was a fast runner, the faster at the high school. Soon he luck ran out and landed himself a police record and had to stay in jail overnight. He was only 16 years old. 

Afterward Monroe's mother started to get sick, soon after found out she had Cancer. He wasn't too sure what to do since it seem his life is going down the drain. Monroe stopped with his bad way and tried to finish high school knowing the fact he's going to be alone.
Not even after a year his mother died.   

Child services putted him with his father. Who married a rich women, and had one child with her. This whole plan was bad from the start due to the fact their relationship was bad. But that didn't stop Monroe from graduating at 19. 

During those years he was in the running group as his new school, and built lean muscles. He know some fighting moves due to his friend always wanted to practice on him.  


~After hell broke loose~

 Monroe wondered why so many people was getting sick but didn't think of it too much since he locked himself up in his room. During one night he heard screams coming downstairs, he got up quickly to check it out. He found his dad all bloody but not dead. He was bitching around some guy bit him.  

Everyone was freaking out and hid in their basement which was a bad idea at the time but not knowing that Monroe's father will turn into something. Couple hours his dad died but came back. Now everyone was losing their shit. Monroe's dad attack his daughter biting her on the neck. Monroe quickly reacted and kicked him off his half sister, only to see she's dead. His dad ran toward him. Monroe fell and trying to push him off but grabbed screw driver and stab his father in the head. After that got up and looked around, seeing no one but his dead father and half sister. 

~Now~

Monroe moved to golden rod city after hearing about a group of survivors living in a hospital. He joined him but didn't like hanging out with other people much so he was wondered off deep into the city.
